Yesterday, I was on Sick Leave at work because of what happened to me the other night. The day before, I came from work normal without feeling anything throughout my body. I might be a bit thirsty, hungry or tired but I know Im totally fine. That afternoon, I was in a bad mood to my hubby because of this Online betting that we keep on arguing over and over again. I am have my Japanese Noodles then but tried to hide what I’m feeling and go upstairs and find something to do rather than arguing with him. So I decided to just made some bracelet and necklace out of my bead box and started designing. But then, in the middle of making beads, I felt like someone hit my head. The pain started to get worst till I stop what I’m doing. I then tried to sleep for a couple of minutes but the pain does not go away instead become more painful than before. I texted my husband eventhough I’m in bad mood with him but he did not respond for about thirty minutes. I am holding my head with my both hands and my eyes started blurring like theres a pice of plastic covering it. I heard Jamie running upstairs and opened the door. He was asking if I’m ok and I’ve told him, “My MIGRAINE is acting up”. He told me to take some paracetamol but i dont think it will lessen the pain. I had this before but not as worst as this. I’m bursting into tears after few minutes because I can’t tolerate the pain. It gets more painful and painful like my head will be exploding any minute. Dad ring the manager where I work to let them know that I can’t report to work the next day. Cath suggested to ring the doctor if it gets worst. Dad then called the doctor and then passed it to Jamie so he can ask me some of the symptoms I feel that time. All I know is my head is like swollen and was really painful. My eyes was shut, I’m feeling dizzy and… I feel like vomiting! Jamie was told by the doctor to get Ibufropen and paracetamol. I took them both but after I swallowed the ibufropen, I started vomiting with just pure liquid. Jamie stayed with me till I drift to sleep. When I woke up, I feel a bit better but still feeling dizzy and had amild headache. It was really traumatic for me. Jamie said next time it attacks, he’ll have to bring me to the doctor. He said I need a thorough check up or it could be something else. Well I hope not to experience it again because it was really hard. Especially when you can’t express what you really feel plus I’m in the foreign country. Hope things will get better.
